getting home
fatigued
late

another night of worry replacing sleep
visible churn on the floor
near the bathroom
from a nervous stomach

evidence that I heard what you said
evidence that I can feel things
deeply
all the way down in my gut

I cant tell you how it feels

but you can see it there
on the brown and dirty carpet

the most honest vow of love
beneath your feet
stinking

and in a day its gone
or rather invisible
